I had a great experience with Trevor, but was leery to
use him since he was brand new. I first interviewed
another very popular Kamloops Realtor and had this
man access my house. The same evening Trevor
came over and was so prepared with all the
information I required and helpful information to make
me believe in him as a first time buyer. I knew he
would work hard for me and he did. My house was
sold for full asking price, before the listing even hit the
paper. Trevor networked within his company and
found two buyers who both placed bids the same
night!

Was the house priced to low you may ask.... The first
realtor I had over to access my home wanted me to
list at 30,000 lower. I told Trevor the price I wanted
and he said, "let's give it a try!"
